The Freedom Journal
Silencing the Critic to Free Yourself for Possibility
by Dr. Jackie Eldridge

Everyone experiences self-doubt, but what do we do about it? The Freedom Journal: Silencing The Critic to Open Yourself to Possibility is a valuable resource for those who want to confront their inner and outer critics and learn the skills to put them to rest. This journal provides a brief overview of the modus operandi of the critic and the damage it can impose upon us. It also provides a script designed to help you set intentions to do the work and make mind, body, and spirit connections. Using a growth mindset and text inspired by Cognitive Behavioural Theory, you will increase your self-awareness, gratitude, and forgiveness. This hands-on and practical self-help book provides a path to self-acceptance through a combination of personal stories, universal truths, and a four-month guided journal full of daily affirmations and gratitude exercises.

"Dr. Jackie Eldridge's Freedom Journal: Silencing the Critic to Free Yourself for Possibility is a powerful tool that facilitates the exploration of our inner thoughts, emotions and perceptions, and then through the process of reflection and journal writing , re-constructs these thoughts and feelings for the purpose of self-renewal and personal growth." —Denise McLafferty: Co-owner: Heart and Minds Matter "The Freedom Journal is a MUST! Jackie has a beautiful way of sharing her own story, tangible resources and practices, as well as, so many incredible insights to support us on our path to more fulfillment, more healing and more growth. It's an easy read and then becomes a journal to continue integrating and applying the practices. This book has empowered me to take the information and apply it to my life. Most of all Jackie's work and this book give the reader full permission to start living their authentic life, to rewrite the script and create the life they want." —Melanie Scott: Intuitive Coach + Strategist
