Paul D. Crawford, PhD, is an educator and author, with a background in the fields of Interdisciplinary Studies, Educational Psychology and Philosophy, Theology, and World Religions. He is also a lifelong musician, who has worked as an educator, performer, and producer. Underscoring all his work is a compelling interest in spirituality and the arts as fundamental expressions of our humanity. In addition to producing a variety of musical compositions and academic articles, he is the author of three previous books: In the Middle of Things: The Spirituality of Everyday Life (Tellwell, 2016); Born into Unity: Embracing Our Common Spirituality (FriesenPress, 2018); and Being is Belonging: A Notebook of Lyrical Reflections (FriesenPress, 2019).
