Breathe Wide Open
Exhale the Past and Fearlessly Recalibrate Your Life
by Cristina Ruscica

Are you ready to free yourself from the hold that any past experience has had on you? Find your own inner power by taking any person, place or thing and use it to propel you to your authentic self. Make peace with anything from your past, once and for all, and watch your life dramatically change and open to a world of potential. Breathe Wide Open captures Cristina’s most significant realizations that have cleared away her deepest and darkest experiences. She created a new mindset by using life lessons that opened the portal to expansive self-awareness, inner potential, and self-love. Cristina fearlessly shares her powerful story, to support her readers who have had experiences that created a pattern of resentments, loss of trust, repeated unwanted circumstances, or for those who are of service to helping others. Use her journey and tools to release all things that no longer serve you. From there, you will find your own inner-power and fearlessly step into all you are intended to become.

Cristina is a graduate from the University of Windsor, Ontario, obtaining a General Arts Degree, with her major in Psychology. She has been employed as a front line worker in her home community of Chatham-Kent, Ontario, since 1997, with children’s mental health and primarily within the child welfare sector. Cristina has commited these years of service to help strengthen children and families who have experienced family trauma and crisis. In addition to her work within the Social Service field, Cristina has also gained first-hand experience of childhood trauma, and the trajectories of life that follow unhealed parts within ourselves. Through her own life circumstances and a deeper awareness to harboured subtle resentments, she awakened to some of life’s deeper lessons and realizations that have not only been applied to her work, but also to the writing of Breathe Wide Open. She has uncovered a way to use her own story, to support others on their path of inner healing. Cristina provides ongoing workshops that highlight some of the most valuable and effective insights gained through her writings. Cristina is the proud mother of two beautiful children, who have been an integral part in teaching her some of life’s most precious moments.
