Dorothy MacIntosh is a retired teacher. She has taught all grades from primary to twelve, spending most of her career teaching senior high school mathematics. She enjoys spending time with her son and his family, her son-in-law, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Dorothy wrote Life as an Awesome Doormat to leave the next generation something to think about, even if it is only a good laugh. Dorothy lives in Lyons Brook, Pictou County, Nova Scotia, with her dog, Holly.
