From Skid Row to CEO
Against All Odds
by John Quee

Nothing is impossible when you learn to embrace your full potential. No one knows that better than John Quee. After a violent and abusive childhood, John started his adult life with nothing. He slept in the street and turned to the "work halls" on Skid Row to earn enough money to eat. Sleeping in a doorway one cold night, John had a vision that there could be more to his story. He was determined to turn his life around. Today, he is a multimillionaire CEO. In From Skid Row to CEO, John Quee outlines the strategies he used to transform his life. These tools will help you break through barriers, overcome career setbacks, and rise above personal failures to realize your greatest dreams. Whether you are feeling stuck and need direction, have seemingly impossible goals, or are just feeling defeated by the life you’re currently living, this book has something for you. Failure is the beginning of your journey, but it’s not the end. With the concrete strategies presented in this book, you can create a new path that leads to a more productive and fulfilling life.

"A must read for all entrepreneurs ... a highly evocative and poignant life story, candidly written from the heart, by someone who began an uphill life-journey as a teenage runaway, literally, from skid row. Courage, faith perseverance and belief in himself ... as he fought to succeed against all odds ... are what eventually made him into a successful businessman, and a fulfilled human being. This a compelling read and an inspiring story of personal victory." —Betty Thomas, Founder, Thomas Film Group, Canadian Woman Entrepreneur of the Year "Inspirational reading for all who face challenge in their life ... essential reading for anyone who wants to refocus and fight back to greater success ... proof that the storms of life we do not allow to destroy us, empower us." —Ray Spooner, Senior Career Management Advisor, Bernard Haldane & Associates "John Quee has "taken life by the throat" and transformed it into a thing of beauty and potential. John as made a "sow's ear into a silk purse" by sheer will and the grace of God. John's life is a model we can well emulate." —Reverend Dr. Gordon Bruce Turner, Senior Minister, St Andrew's Wesley Church, Minister to Vancouver's Jazz Community

John Quee is an accomplished businessman, MBA International Business, Chief Executive Officer, and multimillionaire who has been re-engineering and managing companies for many decades.
