Tundra Meets His New Family
by Brandy Kramer

Tundra the English bulldog puppy is going to his forever home! He has to leave all his brothers and sisters, but he knows they’ll be okay with their adopted families, too. On the way to his new house, Mommy B. takes Tundra to a big pet store for toys and treats. He gets to meet his grandma and grandpa, and even his new neighbours. But what will happen when he gets home? There are other animals waiting there, and that makes Tundra feel anxious. Will he be happy in his new home? Does he really have anything to be nervous about? Tundra Meets His New Family is the first book in The Life Adventures of Tundra the English Bulldog series. The books follow Tundra on his various adventures: going to the beach, taking naps, and even bathtime! The first entry in the series is a sweet story all about learning new things and having fun. It teaches kids that it’s okay to have different types of families, and reminds them that sometimes, worrying is all for nothing.

Brandy Kramer was inspired to become an author by her dog, Tundra. One idea led to the next, and before she knew it, she had written six short stories about her playful English Bulldog puppy, with lots of other ideas waiting in the wings. When she isn’t writing, Brandy loves being outside as much as possible —as long as it isn’t too cold!  She and Tundra enjoy long beach walks, playing ball and even the odd road trip. Travelling is a passion that Brandy takes advantage of a few times a year. She likes to trade the winter cold for the warm Caribbean sun and ocean. Brandy lives in Wasaga Beach, Ontario, with her dog Tundra.
