Created originally for TikTok, these affirmations have been translated for the page as Schinkel’s followers pleaded for a published book containing the many words of wisdom, motivation, and inspiration.
Kathleen M. Schinkel holds a master’s degree in psychology and has been writing since 1997 (when she won twoTIPA Awards). She has worked in shelters, counseling women and helping them create and complete life goals. Schinkel lives near the San Juan Islands in Washington State. She has two cats, Luka and Hoku. A native Seattleite, she is a proud fan of the Seattle Seahawks.
