This book is about the lonely, the lost, and what it is like to live in the suffocating constraints of mental illness. I share stories of my own personal experiences, in hopes that you find comfort, even if only through relation. I have learnt throughout my path of healing and spirituality; we are not meant to hold onto our pain. Great medicine is held in the speaking of truth and the sharing of stories. I am honored to now be apart of your story. This book is from me to you, to remind you that you are not alone, you are never alone and wherever you are, I am right there beside you. It's getting late and you've been gone for far too long, come on child, it's time to go back home
