With Fast Track and Full Track Options
by
Norm L. Quantz
Traumatic events happen when they are least expected. Trauma No More is your recovery guide to make the best of these bad situations. The fast-track or full-track options can expedite your emotional healing toward wholeness, whether you are recovering by yourself or with others. Do you want to recover from a trauma? This six-step easy-to-follow recovery guide is written for you.
"SO good; I found myself re-doing each step as I read through both the fast and slow tracks! I found the examples you gave to be specific and not too lengthy or wordy. Descriptors were clear and easy to understand. I like the way the guide is laid out; I could choose what track I wanted to follow and could go back to previous steps easily. Finally, I LOVE the Healthy Highway explanation! I find myself thinking about and sharing it with others often. I am also really trying to apply it to my own life and interactions with family and friends.Thank you again for sharing this with me. I found [this material] to be very valuable in my own 'recovery' and will definitely recommend this guide to others." —Teresa E. - Teacher "This guide addresses the important steps to creating a healthier perspective of life when recovering from trauma. It addresses the important topic of trauma recovery and specifically guides the participant(s) through a six step guide with multiple examples, illustrations, questions and information. This helpful resource should make an important contribution to individuals seeking the Healthy Highway on their life journeys." —L. Morales - Author, Educational Consultant
