Rhiannon lives in St. Andrews, Manitoba with her husband, two daughters, and their beloved dog, Meggie. Rhiannon has a Masters of Science degree in Medical Microbiology, and is a dedicated scientist and researcher at Canada’s world-class Microbiology Laboratory. Throughout her career, she has authored numerous scientific publications, earning recognition for her work. This book marks her first venture into personal writing. Rhiannon is deeply defined by the love and care she gives to her family and friends. A devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and aunt, she finds joy and purpose in her relationships, offering unwavering support. She treasures every moment with her children, embracing the joys of motherhood. Her empathetic nature and love for animals are reflected in the time she spends at the barn with her daughters, where they enjoy the company of horses and other barn animals. She also volunteers her time with rescue organizations, further showcasing her compassion. A health and fitness enthusiast, Rhiannon is an inspiration to others with her commitment to wellness and balance. Not surprisingly, Rhiannon is a willing mentor to anyone who needs guidance to navigate their cancer journey, including writing this book about her journey to benefit others.
