Through his compassionate, down-to-earth approach, Walker invites readers to embrace vulnerability, and cultivate powerful coping mechanisms that nurture authentic growth. Whether you’re looking to heal past wounds or simply elevate your everyday life, Feeding the Conscious Self provides the insights to help you reclaim your autonomy.
