When JoJo’s second tooth starts to feel loose, she has second thoughts about letting this magical creature back into her room. She doesn’t mind that Santa comes every year, because she gets to meet him at the mall, but the Tooth Fairy is a total unknown. JoJo is determined to learn everything she can before deciding if she’s okay with handing over her teeth. When every adult tells JoJo something different about their Tooth Fairy sightings, and no kid has seen her at all, JoJo decides to set up her own investigative experiments. Will she be able to learn the secret of the money-gifting magical creature? Can JoJo discover just who the Tooth Fairy is? Tooth Fairy Confidential is light-hearted, entertaining read that encourages kids to ask questions and understand the world around them. Set at Christmas, it weaves together the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus to help kids answer all the questions they might have about these magical beings.
Johanna Patrick is an author, and tour director. She has a degree in Russian Language and Literature, and spent two years in the Peace Corps teaching sixth to eleventh grade English in Kyrgyzstan. When she returned home, Johanna started work as a Tour Director running tours all over the world. In the course of that work, she not only heard other people’s stories but learned to tell her own. Johanna loves travel, hiking and camping, puzzles and mystery games, and being with her family and friends, especially since she spends so much time away from them. She lives in Colorado, with her partner and their two border collies.
