Chris Leigh-Smith was a vice principal and teacher in a high-needs school where intimidation tactics and violence, both verbal and physical, were normal behaviors. Much of his time was spent coaching and counselling children and their parents, passing on knowledge, life skills, and tools to create empowerment. This book is based on material from years of working with children and adults.
