Charli Pickles is a curious puppy who loves to investigate and learn new things. In fact, when he goes outside into the garden he becomes Inspector Charli Pickles, a master detective! In his outdoor adventure today, Charli stumbles on a Tiny Something and is very curious about what it is. He decides to follow it, and the investigation is on! To Charli’s delight, the tiny something can talk, and the two quickly become fast friends. Join Charli as he learns all about Andy the Ant: what does he eat, how does he hear, and where does he live? Inspector Charli Pickles and the Tiny Something is a great learning tool for children who are curious in general about the world around them. Charli is always discovering new things, and in so doing he teaches children about the world—and in this case, about our six-legged ant friends.

Angela Irwin is a new author who was inspired by her crazy cute puppy, Charli, and his constant desire to learn more about the world. Angela is also a proud mother, aunt, and nana. She is thrilled that her two sons; Cody and Josh agreed to join her in the creation of Inspector Charli Pickles and the Tiny Something by illustrating the book. She lives in Calgary, Alberta, with her husband, Les, and their two dogs, Cooper and (of course) Charli.
