Stopping to Smell the Flowers
The Space In Between
by
Stephanie Malo
Stopping to Smell the Flowers: The Space In Between takes the reader on a journey through short story reflections, reminding us that when we notice the moments, we tap into an energy field which can facilitate our manifestation of abundance, peace and joy. With a writing style that feels like Chicken Soup for the Soul meets Women Who Run with the Wolves, through storytelling from the author’s lens, you will be taken on a journey of self-discovery and healing. The moments of our lives wind up making our memories, and they’re right in front of us each and every day, up for grab, up for noticing. In a state of presence, of awakening to what is here and stopping for a moment to observe, we can actually make things happen when we honour the space in between the thought or feeling, and the physical manifestation. There is both information and room to create in the space between here and there. Let Stopping to Smell the Flowers assist you in tapping this energy through the weaving of timeless messages between the lines of the following story themes: Healing, Self-Love, Grounding Messages Through Nature, Joy, Energy & Spiritual Communication, Appreciation, Trust and Letting Go. We are powerful, magnificent beings. All we have to do is get out of our own way and let the energy flow to us and through us.
Reviews from readers: I find the Stopping to Smell the Flowers books helpful and comforting! I've marked certain pages with sticky notes so I can find those entries again. I enjoy flipping the book open to a story and figure that is the one I'm supposed to read. This series has reminded me of the importance of taking time for myself and doing things I enjoy. The stories magically align with what I am needing and confirm I'm on the right path. The stories somehow capture how I think inside my head. What a skill to be able to do this. The short stories are a joy to read.
Stephanie Malo is the author of the Stopping to Smell the Flowers series. Writing brings her so much joy that she gets this delicious sense of being lost in time (or is it time standing still?) while being immersed in the process. She is also the founder of A Healing and Resource Centre, where she runs a meditation circle and offers Therapeutic Touch sessions which is a modern holistic, evidence-based therapy that incorporates the intentional and compassionate use of universal energy to promote balance and well-being. Stephanie lives near London, Ontario with her husband and two children. She loves to be in nature, either in the forest, gardening or simply noticing the aliveness of her surroundings wherever she is. Her first book Stopping to Smell the Flowers: Extraordinary Observations of Everyday Life and her second Stopping to Smell the Flowers: Everything’s Coming Up Roses are for sale on her website (and other channels such as Indigo and Amazon) at www.stoppingtosmelltheflowers.com Keep up to date with Stephanie on social media: http://instagram.com/stoppingtosmelltheflowersbook FB (group): Stopping to Smell the Flowers: A Healing and Resource Centre FB (page): Stopping to Smell the Flowers: Extraordinary Observations of Everyday Life email: stephaniemalo@hotmail.com
