Dr.Cindi Saj is a therapist at Guidebook Consulting and a university instructor who teaches courses for undergraduate and master’s students. Christa Smith has a master’s in counselling and also works out of Guidebook Consulting. The authors got into writing because they believe that knowledge that can help others should be shared. Saj and Smith previously teamed up to co-author Finding Your Purpose: A Guidebook to a More Meaningful Life. Cindi Saj and Christa Smith, residents of Williams Lake, are deeply grateful for the loving support of their spouses and the nurturing presence of their family, friends, and animals.
