The most important are the stories that swirl amongst those that are left behind. Something to Remember Me By, is a collection of memories of the author’s sister taken too soon from cancer. It is an emotional journey of processing grief and questioning mortality and longevity. The difficulty of navigating life when someone closest to you is sick and explores the long-term effects of coping and processing her loss.
Erika lives in Winnipeg with her partner and her snuggly cat, Gateau. She is a proud Auntie with an impressive quirky earring collection. She is looking forward to sharing her joy of reading and writing with future generations.
