Miguel Garay is an enthusiastic traveller who holds an undergraduate degree in psychology. He is passionate about using his education and experience with spiritual rituals to help others. His wanderlust first began at the age of 12, and he has lived in countries such as England, Ireland, Canada, and Mexico, experiencing 10% of the world. His love for exploring new cultures has led him to learn many spiritual practices across the globe. Not only has travelling allowed him to explore the world, but it has also furthered his interests in cooking and photography, which have helped him connect with different cultures on a deeper level. Garay is a lifelong learner and a nonconformist who is always seeking new opportunities for growth. He hopes to inspire others to pursue their passions as he continues his journey. Currently, he is pursuing further education in the fitness industry to help others in their physical, spiritual, and mental journeys.
