Amanda Ecker is a Human Resources Professional, who has a creative talent for making things. As a busy wife and mother, her family is always the center of her world. She became inspired to start writing a children’s book because she saw a need for a book that captures the memories of childhood. She hopes that this book encourages parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins too, to cherish the moments in life when they are making memories with their little monsters. I Love You Peanut Butter I Love You Jelly is her first book.
