Caroll Lesage is an advocate for 2SLGBTQIA+ seniors’ rights and retired from federal public service. As a volunteer, he helps bring positive change to health care and social services for 2SLGBTQIA+ seniors. He is a recipient of The Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal awarded to persons who have made outstanding contributions to their communities or to Canada as a whole. Secrets of an Elusive Father is his first book. In his spare time, Caroll is a member of the Ottawa Independent Writers Group and enjoys cycling and cross-country skiing. He lives in Ottawa, Ontario with his husband Brian and their dog Sasha.
