Financial Wellness Factors
Your Path Towards Gaining Control of Your Money and Your Life
by Gina Colalillo and Joseph Trombetta

What if changing just a few things in your life could set you up financially forever? It doesn't matter where you think you are financially, it doesn't matter where you think you are in personal relationships. Perhaps you’re recovering from a major health issue or you have recently lost or started a job. Authors Joseph Trombetta and Gina Colalillo have fine-tuned a strategy for you to follow that will guide you toward financial and personal stability. Using the five pillars they have developed (Financial Wellness Factors) plan your next moves with a healthy balance and strategic goal-setting. Embrace the five pillars of financial wellness – cash flow, attitude, relationships, health, and balance – and start down the path toward financial wellness. The authors’ tried and tested strategy offers the keys to personal financial restoration and health. This book guides readers young and old first through a financial lifestyle analysis: understanding your expenses and incomes, which is the most important thing in financial matters. The authors also introduce readers to other key elements in the financial wellness journey: Who are your personal and professional mentors? What goals are you setting for yourself and your loved ones? Where do you find balance in your professional and personal life? How do your life decisions affect what you value most in life? This book can help you!

Husband and wife author team Gina Colalillo and Joe Trombetta have more than 2 decades of experience in the banking and lending business, including a strong mortgage enterprise that is now a family affair, with their three sons each taking on various aspects of the family business and mortgage portfolio. Titan Mortgage Group was established in 2005 in Stoney Creek, Ontario. Hard work, a positive mindset, building strong relationships with lenders, clients, and investors have been the building blocks to Titan’s success. The Trombetta’s have become established in the Hamilton Stoney Creek community supporting many local events and charities and using their financial expertise to help and guide others. Gina Colalillo Gina has helped generations of families make the biggest purchase decision of their lives. Making strong meaningful connections and building incredible relationships is what Gina does best. Gina is known for her caring nature and professional attitude and has helped every client that has walked through the doors at Titan Mortgage for the past 20 years. A dedication and commitment to the mortgage industry has been paramount to Gina’s career success. Gina is an experienced mortgage broker with multiple degrees in both business and education under her belt. Gina places a huge priority on transparency, ethics and advocating for clients by helping to simplify and demystify the mortgage experience for her clients. She obtains financing that is suitable to each client's unique situation and makes even the impossible possible. Gina prioritizes work life balance in her own life and ensures that her family and health take priority. The first 16 years of Gina’s career was spent working for large corporations and teaching, which have become important to Gina’s career again as she enjoys mentoring clients on financial wellbeing and life balance. Writing this book with Joe was a big part of that. Joseph Trombetta Joe has extensive experience in the mortgage industry and a deep understanding and passion for financing and lending. With over 30 years in the mortgage business, Joe’s experience extends to banks, trust companies and mortgage companies as well as development projects. Joe has enhanced his experience with his dedication to continuing education and his constant drive to challenge himself. Joe’s vast experience with a variety of lending institutions and client scenarios have given him deep industry insight into gaps that exist, while enabling him to build his own practice to offer a better client experience. The trigger that convinced Joe to start his own practice was simple: while working at larger institutions, he was unable to help everyone who walked through his door. That didn’t sit right with Joe. Now thanks to his own practice he can proudly offer solutions to each and every customer who walks through the door, providing clients with all of their mortgage needs in one place, and with a personal touch. Having built the framework for Titan’s success, Joe expanded his reach into mortgage investments, and now owns and manages (along with his sons) over 300 properties/units with Village Creek Living. Joe loves mentoring others and helping his community!
