Larry Gompf grew up on a farm and pursued a career in agriculture. After successfully achieving his target weight, Larry’s next goal is to share what he’s learned with others. Larry loves his healthy lifestyle, and he wants to help others create healthy lifestyles that they too can love.

Larry lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba with his wife, Bev, and their dog, Coco. They love to visit their cabin in northwest Ontario, to enjoy boating, fishing, and spending time with their eleven grandchildren in the great outdoors.
