Here's to the overtired, overworked, stressed out mama: I'm right here with you! As a mother, I often think, "How come these things are only hard for me?" The reality is that motherhood is hard for all of us, so let's empower each other by laughing at the hard days too, and not sweating the small stuff. Each page in this book has been inspired by daily activities and events that regularly occur while caring for two toddlers. Motherhood can be both hard and wonderful, and all moms need to know they are not alone and we're all in the same situations together.

Janelle McBryan is from a small town on Vancouver Island, where she had a successful career as an insurance agent prior to becoming a full-time mom when her first son was born. As a stay-at-home mama to two under two, things were very busy and sometimes chaotic. Finding relatable reading material for moms was both comforting and helpful; however, finding time to read anything other than a children's book proved to be next to impossible. Janelle decided to show a more realistic and relatable side of motherhood within a children’s book in the hopes that it will provide other moms with the same comfort and helpfulness she sought out herself.
