Wendy Barrick Rhead is a teacher, mentor, and tutor. Along with her love of reading and writing, she is passionate about hiking and camping, and enjoys all that nature has to offer. She resides on the shores of Lake Simcoe, Ontario with her husband, David, and dog, Jezzie. In 2018, Wendy won three writing awards at the Ontario’s Writing Conference. Are You as Strong as a Seed? is Wendy’s first children’s book.
