Raise Me With Empathy
A Must Read Love Letter From a Child to their Parents
by Amen Kaur

Recited as a love letter from a child to their parent(s) or caregiver(s), this book takes you on a powerful, heartfelt journey as it explores themes of self-care and self-love from the perspective of the child. As a parent, it's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of life and caring for others. This book is a reminder that when parents take care of themselves through self-empathy, self-compassion, and self-healing, they are taking care of their children, and setting a positive example. A soothing read for kids with compelling messages for adults, it serves as a daily reminder to offer yourself kindness and compassion while navigating through life's moments.

"A lovely work that will prompt discussion between generations." - Kirkus Review "I found myself full of awe on some pages, as I hadn't really thought about how the actions mentioned could teach my children such powerful and specific values and traits. Got me a little teary. A very touching and beautiful book, and I really did need to hear the messages in the pages." —Janine, mom of 2 "It is so catchy and the theme is so powerful, I really like how simple it is and I feel that's what makes it so powerful and practical to apply." —Kunal, Entrepreneur and Yogi. "This book touched my heart deeply. I had tears in my eyes while reading it. Growing up I've never had a parent, and the message of this book is the parent I would like to be in the future." —Wanda, age 18, foster child
