Analysia George is a newly published author. She is an educator and has worked with children for over 10 years. She enjoys illustrating, and painting in her spare time, as well as storytelling with her students. After receiving her BA in Sociology, Analysia noticed the lack of diversity and representation within children’s literature. Thus prompting her to create a character like Nya, for little girls within Canada and the world to relate to. As an educator, she hopes to expand and create books to further support and enrich children’s storytime experiences.
