The Author/Illustrator: Kelley-Ann Heslop was born and raised in Victoria, B.C. Canada. She spent many years in the Canadian Armed Forces, before becoming a teacher assistant, and then an assistant librarian. She has been writing stories all her life. A scruffy old cat was dumped outside her home and chose her husband, Pat, to be his new owner...AND THAT IS WHERE THIS STORY BEGAN.
