Shannon Carlson was born in Kenora, Ontario and graduated from St. Lawrence College as a Law Clerk. She is a writer of several genres and is a published author and poet. She is also a landscape painter and muralist. Shannon is an advocate for the fair treatment of dogs. She adopted Jack from the Ontario SPCA and Humane Society and encourages all potential pet owners to consider rescuing a dog, or two. They never forget!
