by
Maloose
Maloose’s first book “Fragments” is a collection of morbid and somber short stories written in a span of twenty years, mainly during high school and college. He drew the illustrations himself specifically as part of each story.
Maloose is an Independent-Author from the Cree Nation of Eeyou-Istchee. He received his formal education in Cree, French and English, studying in various academic programs. He has always worked in the administrative field for his people, but a life changing situation made him abandon his administrative career altogether.
