Donna Greaves is a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Born an only child and raised in Saskatchewan, Donna married, had two children, after drama training. She became an actress, director, and adjudicator. She relocated in 1966 to Toronto, and later turned her passion for helping others into her work for Heart to Heart Family Ministries and Life Support Ministries. Donna’s love for others led her to 40 years of counselling broken people, a ministry that was encouraged by our Lord as one of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18.). As a member of the ministry, she counselled over 2,000 couples, for counselling as varied as premarital, marriage, child, teen, divorce, addiction, compulsion, guidance, and reconciliation! During this time, the ministry reaped an astonishing 85% successful harvest. In the prime of Donna’s life, she had an earthshaking diagnosis and was led to live a vibrant and adventuresome life with God. Donna graduated from “God’s University in Life’s Challenging Circumstances.” As she puts it, a degree from the Holy Spirit provides the answers to life’s most arduous questions! Now at 85, in long term care, she continues her counselling in the pages of her book, Our Journey to Destiny.
