The Fey worlds are very much alive among us, even though we may have forgotten their existence, and know very little about them. This is the journey, of one of those distant homeworlds, which the fey have inhabited since the dawn of time and begins to tell the tale one thousand years after King Balor tried to eliminate the offspring of his daughter Eithne, simply because it was scribed he would die at the hands of one of them. It tells the tale through their Shadow Scrolls; starting with the Shapeshifter Sibrey, as she flees from the Dragonlord sent to retrieve her, and comes in contact with the Goddesses, Witches, Selkies, Elementals, Dark-Sidhe, and one determined Wood Sprite that simply annoys everyone, as she flees for her life and they rush to save her from her destiny and the Sling that hunts her. The epic saga is the first of many novels about the Tuatha De`Danann’s army of Aelves, while the Author weaves a tale of fantasy and mythology that will draw you in, making you remember the tale of the evil King and the repercussions that have been left on this planet in the wake of his demise. This is book-one, of the three novels that belong to Stolen Child’s original manuscript, and will be joined by two more to complete the tale in its entirety.
Adele DeGirolamo was born and raised on vancouver island, on the West Coast of British Columbia and spent most of the later part of her school age life living on sailboats and sailing the Gulf islands in British Columbia. Now, living in an isolated small community on the island, the Author has found the peace and tranquility that allows her to create the epic sphere of the Fey, drawing on the animals that visit her gardens to fuel the creatures that inhabit Tantaris and the other planets she creates in her writing.
