Veteran cross cultural missionary, Roger has a passion for knowing people resulting in the growth of those individuals in the process of becoming all that God has in mind for them. Seeing the potential in each life followed by encouragement, by mentoring, coaching and writing to challenge people to consider careers that go beyond just human effort, but reflect actual divine design. Roger and Lois his wife have served for many years with college and university students within the context of summer internships as well as challenging national colleagues who are considering becoming missionaries as well.
