“This book may ‘catch fire' in some countries.” - Dr. F. Wang, MD
Dr. Mark Lui was born Yuk-Ming Lui in Hong Kong. He received his medical degree and fellowship in Radiology from the University of Manitoba, Canada. He was awarded an A+ on his final specialist’s examination. He published an article regarding the structure, size and shape of the basic unit of the lung, the pulmonary acinus [Radiology 1973;109:1–5], which is essential in understanding various lung diseases. He was voted the best teacher three years in a row by the Radiology residents of the University of Alberta, Canada. His most recent innovation is a test which can reliably disclose colon cancer and high-risk colorectal polyp (adenoma of ≥1.0 cm) in the blind spots and unreachable portions of colonoscopy [doi: 10.1177/0300060514521152].
