Their ship is badly damaged and marooned in the arctic, perhaps forever. What do they do and how will they take care of their families amid the chaos and the suspicion that they might be predatory off-world aliens? What’s more, because of the dynamics of time travel, they discover that they’re in a time loop which further complicates matters. Their survival and the wellbeing of their children are their first priorities; but how can they achieve this without violating the sanctity of the timeline? Where and who can they turn to for help? How can they ever hope of getting back to their own century? His first book, The Secret of Arbel, is another tale of time-travelling intrigue. Jacques C. Roy is also a decades-long devotee of sci-fi books, movies, and television, including classics such as Star Trek and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. Now retired, his professional background is in chemistry and financial systems administration.
