A graduate of the University of Toronto, he has worked for some of the world’s largest communications companies, including WPP and Omnicom, as well as independent agencies in Canada, the US, and Australia. Josh’s experience spans retail, advertising, communications, content, media, and digital, having strategized and executed campaigns and product launches for over 100 brands, including some of the world’s most valuable. As a proud member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, Josh is passionate about growing and developing people, diverse organizations, and purpose-driven brands. He has managed, coached, and mentored hundreds of professionals, teams, departments, and businesses. Josh is the Founder & CEO of do good, a content company that offers business growth consulting and coaching, executive and career coaching, and content strategy and creation.
