Sandy was born and raised in the Caribbean Islands. He has spent many years working and serving in the Caribbean and Canada. He was educated in the Caribbean, Scotland, and Canada. Today, he travels extensively, including in the Caribbean Islands, Canada, the United States, the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. In simple ways, Dr. Sandy B. Kissoon-Singh actively strives to make our world a kinder and gentler place. He continues to serve individually and with others on education, charity and community initiatives. This service has been shaping the lives of many across several countries, for more than forty years. When he’s not writing, Sandy enjoys music and singing, playing the steelpan and the alto sax, hiking, and spending time with peoples from all backgrounds. Through these activities he is inspired by and encourages ongoing and genuine dialogue of hope, love, joy, and kindness with those around him. Sandy especially enjoys supporting people and institutions in the Caribbean Islands and Canada. Sandy lives with his family in the quaint Village of Caledon, in Southern Ontario, Canada.
