Warriors of the Red Wolf
by Nicholas Varner

As the Sacred Wind moves through Mia’s wind chimes, its voice whispers secrets. It directs her, and she in turn leads her family and her people, the Warriors of the Hilltop, in the search for a new home. As they cross barren plains and hoodoo-covered mountain ranges, the Warriors make new friends, reconnect with old ones, and encounter enemies powerful enough to destroy them and end their search for a better world. A perilous test, a solitary old woman, mysterious red yarn—the Warriors learn that nothing is ever as it appears. Every step of their journey takes them closer to their new home. But Mia discovers that the Sacred Wind is leading her Warriors toward an impossible task: cleansing the earth of an evil that threatens to imprison them all. Find out what becomes of Mia, her parents, her uncles, and the many other powerful members of her Warrior family in this riveting sequel to Seasons of the Blue Pearl.
