A professional designer with over 15 years of experience, Raelee has built books for others, but creating one so personal was a unique and heartfelt journey. The idea for Grumpy Bear was born out of Raelee’s desire to introduce her daughter to the beauty of nature through her father’s paintings, which have long adorned their family home. With a background in creating educational content for children, Raelee used her skills in information design to craft a story that resonates with young readers and their families.
