Kathi Cameron BKin., MA, RCC holds an undergraduate degree in kinesiology and master’s degrees in both exercise and sports psychology and clinical counselling. She has worked as a fitness instructor, kinesiologist, director, and educator in the health and fitness profession before moving into clinical counselling. She currently splits her time between her clinical practice, writing, and speaking to groups on topics related to exercise/sport psychology and mental health (kathicameron.com).
