Michelle Welch is a family physician with a passion for mental health and wellness, dedicated to helping families develop good coping mechanisms and nurture resilient, compassionate children. She draws from her professional experience and her own family’s adventures to create the Omi & Cookie Adventures series. Michelle also offers life coaching services and has trained in meditation and mindfulness, which she integrates into her approach to parenting and storytelling. She resides in London, Ontario with her husband and two daughters.
