Forest Friends Rescue Santa
by
L. G. Anderson
The Forest Friends, all settled in for a cold and snowy winter’s night, are awakened by a giant clatter. They race to the scene only to discover that Santa and his reindeer have crash-landed in a nearby glen. Santa’s sleigh is broken and his reindeer are hopelessly tangled. As Santa sadly inspects the scene, he’s certain that his Christmas flight is over. That’s when the Forest Friends pull together a plan to help Santa. This diverse group, without hesitation, quickly work together as a team to repair Santa’s sleigh and help his reindeer. Will they successfully get Santa back on track? Forest Friends Rescue Santa is a fantastic Christmas story full of heartwarming lessons to add to your family’s holiday traditions.
L. G. Anderson’s love of nature and animals can be found in her stories. Her previous book, The Lost Spirit (www.TheLostSpirit.ca), which was published in 2022 by Friesen Press, is such an example. She supports animal rescues around the world and at home. She is a strong advocate for the conservation of land (and education) for the sustainable stewardship of habitat for animals in the wild. L. G. Anderson resides in Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada.
