Hernani Ourique found his passion for fitness and well-being at an early age. Since then, he has spent more than a decade years gaining experience in the fitness and health field as a coach and personal trainer, helping people improve their everyday lives. Ourique has completed his fitness training at Humber College. A certified CFL3 CrossFit® trainer, he specializes in teaching CrossFit methodology. Hernani works with everyone from clients just starting out to elite athletes. Training for Life is his first book. Hernani Ourique lives in Barrie, Ontario, with his fiance, Sam and his dog, Rogue.
