Frank was also born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. He is a retired lawyer, who spends his free time volunteering with the Centre for Social Justice and Good Works as past president and director. He is the author of Hound Town. Frank enjoys reading and writing and spending time with his family and friends.
