I cover everything from self-care to finances, being an active parent, to navigating dating and blended families. I even touch on the legal tools you will need to protect yourself during a highly stressful and heartbreaking time. This book is a guide to a happy and structured life for yourself and your children. R.J. Aguilar, Jr. is a self-proclaimed and proud Disney Dad. For the better part of two decades, he has been a single dad, and an advocate for fathers all over the country who have struggled with the complexities and heartache of navigating divorce and co-parenting. Dr. Aguilar holds a Ph.D. in Theology, as well as a Juris Doctor. He specializes in divorce and custody mediation and is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He spends a good portion of his time speaking with estranged fathers in men’s groups, churches, and prisons all over the United States.
