Divneet Kaur was raised in India and moved to Canada at the age of eighteen to study political science at the University of Ottawa. While the transition was difficult, the experiences she gained while living alone in a foreign country shaped who she is today. After graduating, she worked in various corporate environments before realizing that just working in an office was not her destiny.

She successfully pivoted by starting her own homemade vegetarian meal delivery service and has shifted her energy into sharing the wealth of knowledge she has attained while improving herself and her outlook. She hopes her writings will inspire and

uplift anyone who has found themselves in a challenging place.

Divneet lives in Toronto, Ontario with her husband.
