This book is the insight of my mind from the past 23 years. My words that I use to be a healing factor for the emotion that I was feeling at that time. Most was written with ease and flowed through me onto paper as I was thinking of what to write. Through these poems I learned to channel and mature my emotions to have a better understanding on how I feel.

About the Author My name is Damon Ham and I’m from Winterset, Iowa. I’m a simple country man with a strong spiritual base of beliefs. I been writing poetry since right out of high school and these are my collection of poems from the past 23 years. My poetry tends to express a variety of emotions hence the name Poetry of the Mind. From heart break to sadness, love to lonely, happy to angry, and lust to some concern about society. I hope the journey into my mind is a great read for you and a possible understanding on how this simple country man truly thinks. Let the Journey of Tomorrow brings us together!
