Josée Larocque-Patton, MBA is no stranger to the world of human resources development. Since 2001, she has led and coached a wide variety of business leaders of small- and medium-sized businesses, as well as global brand corporations. Her focus is on employee and leadership development, performance management, as well as compliance-related matters such as employment standards, legislative requirements, and health and safety, plus employee engagement. She is the founder and CEO of THE HR ICU, a Canada-based Human Resources consultancy that provides HR advice as well as support in mergers and acquisitions. Fluently bilingual in French and English, she currently resides in Ottawa, Canada and has worked around the world.
