Discover the World of Nursing's, "Sam Loses His tonsils" is about a 6-year-old named Sam, who has 2 other siblings, who began to snore in his sleep due to enlarged tonsils. The tonsils were taken out by the doctor during a procedure called tonsillectomy. He feels better and can breathe better after the tonsils are removed.
