Legs
by Sofia Adams

Imagine yourself at the gym. You’re wiping the sweat from your face after working out on the elliptical machine for 60 minutes. You’re feeling fat and ugly, tired, and ready to take a hot shower when all of a sudden you see a gorgeous pair of man-legs standing in front of you. His backside is facing you. It’s nice. You’ve never noticed him before. What do you do? Perhaps what Suzanne Thompson does? She checks out the rest of him and likes what she sees. But little does she know, that the legs she’s admiring are those of mystery man, Robert LeClure III, billionaire-extraordinaire. He’s got secrets that could destroy her. As time goes by, Suzy finds herself entertaining thoughts about him that leave her feeling unbelievably guilty, as she returns home each night to a husband she adores. Two wonderfully, amazing people from two completely different worlds become tangled up in a labyrinth of unexpected twists and turns that will change their lives forever.

I grew up in a very small town where everybody knew one another. That was all well and good until the gossipers came around and shared more than anyone needed to know. Hence, I became a people watcher. So now, when I find someone who catches my eye, I begin to create a character. That’s the easy, fun part. Finding just the right name that fits that character is the challenge. Usually, I take an old telephone book, flip it open and take the first name that sounds and looks good on paper. And voila! A new story is born.
