On the civil side, he has represented numerous manufacturers, insurance carriers, companies, professionals, municipalities, police departments, school districts, and individuals in the defense of all types of civil litigation. He has acted as an arbitrator of varied legal disputes. He is a graduate of Princeton University and the National Law Center at George Washington University.
